A boutique carrying unique local designs, selling modern tribal style clothing, using organic textiles and earthy pigments. Pangaia accessories include belts, bags, gloves, jewellery and hair art. Come in for a browse. Open most days.
Uki Village
A short stroll from Mountain View Guest House. The village has a convenient store, Post Office, Pie shop and bakery selling delicious pies, The lounge lizard cafe if you prefer not to cook, also a take away next to the convenience store, a book shop for a large number of reading choices. To Curl up and Die is a fine hairdresser you will need to book and there is Glorious Organics for speciality foods.
The Buttery has quite a few interesting shops for you to explore. Also the CTC centre for all your techology requirements with more than seven computers with Internet access and dedicated people to help you with your needs. Printing and binding just like 'Office Works' open weekdays.
The Village historical society and the historical hall caters for various activities from Yoga to bowling and card playing. The International known Glow night is a fun night not to be missed once a month. The growers market is held there in the village every Saturday from 7.30am serving coffee. This is a not to be missed opportunity to meet and greet the community.
